It was in a central location, by the laundry area where you park. The staff were absolutely friendly and assisted us with free parking.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking the pond. Front office staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped.
Pool was emptied for repairs. Elevators were being repaired and were inoperable during the day. Lunch service at the restaurant was slow and quality of food was not up to expectations.

Quiet, close central to almost everything; 15-min drive to Old Naples
pool should open at 7, 7:30 not at 9:00; otherwise cannot swim with so many people floating around...Not related to the resort but still a problem: very limited access to beaches

The location is fantastic, 1 mile from an open-air mall. The rooms are recently refurbished with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the stuff are accommodating. Great service and the food is great!

Their outstanding customer service, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, the amenities package and their absolutely beautiful landscaping!
The signage outside needs to be bigger and more eyecatching. It was a little difficult to find.

What a lovely place! We enjoyed the calming waters of Naples Bay, just a short drive away. The spacious apartment reminded me of a home with super comfy beds, and the screened balcony was perfect. We also loved being close to great restaurants within walking distance.
My wife says that the pool could use more family-friendly activities.
